To order items from Aklifré.com, you have to ‘sign in’ to your user account. If you don’t have an account, you can register for one with few easy steps. To do this, click ‘Home’ (top left) and click ‘Register’ (top right) and follow the step-by-step simple process. Once done, you’re ready to start shopping and placing orders at Aklifré.com.

Your Aklifré account offers several benefits such as:

  • A faster checkout process since you don’t need to re-enter your information every time you order.
  • All your order history is saved in one place. You can review previous orders to better plan your purchases and minimize food waste by buying only what you will consume.
  • Easy reordering. With just one click you can reorder a previous order or select items from it and send them to the cart.
  • Build ‘Personalized Shopping Lists’ for various events such as Ramadan, Eid, special party or just your weekly needs. Personalized Shopping Lists take the stress out in planning events and save time. They can easily be converted into an order with just one click.

When the demand for our services becomes more than what we can take on, we temporarily limit new signups and put them on a waiting list until we can serve everyone and fulfill our quality promise to all.

If you registered and found yourself on a waiting list, rest assured we are diligently working hard to expand our services to everyone as quickly as possible. We’ll move new signups off the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis and we will notify you via email when that happens.

Shopping with Aklifré.com is fast, easy, and delicious. To find fresh food and groceries, simply browse our departments or use the search box to seek out all of your favorite items. Here are some handy shopping tips to get you started:

  1. Browse product categories by using the shop link on the main menu bar or use the search bar to a find a product. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ under the desired item (s) and select the quantity.
  2. When you’re done, click on the cart icon on the top-right corner of the page. View and edit the items in your cart, after which click on ‘Proceed to Checkout.
  3. At the ‘Customer Information’ screen, enter your address and click on ‘Next’.
  4. At the ‘Payment’ screen, enter payment information and a valid promotional code, if you have one. Select the checkbox to the left of ‘Use wallet cash’ if you have received any cash as a refund or Aklifré promotion. If not, leave it empty and select your preferred payment method: ‘Pay now’ If you are using a bankcard online or ‘COD’ If you prefer to pay on delivery using cash or bankcard, then click ‘Place Order’.
  5. On the next screen, your order confirmation page will display with your order reference. Please note down the order reference in case you need to contact us later.

Once you’ve placed your first order with us, you can use our Reorder feature.

NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL NOT GO INTO PRODUCTION, UNTIL YOU REPLY TO THE SMS OR EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION MESSAGE (see ‘Order Confirmation’ in next section).

After you have clicked ‘Place Order’, your order confirmation page will display with your order reference. Please note down the order reference in case you need to contact us later. You will also receive an automatic confirmation email and SMS. Please, reply back via SMS with your order number before 5:30 pm so we make sure you initiated the order.

NOTE:  Order confirmations received after 5:30 pm, will set the delivery date to the day after. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Our minimum order is 200 dhs (excluding delivery).

Cut-off time is the deadline time to complete a transaction such as submitting a new order or cancelling an existing one. The table below lists the cut-off time for various transactions with Aklifré.com:

If you are in a rush and don’t have the time to browse several pages to select your items, use the ‘Express Buy’ tool to quickly move items from category lists to your cart.

Because we automatically store your past orders, details and all, you can reorder in minutes. You can select one or multiple items from a previous order and click on ‘Reorder’ or simply repeat the entire order with one click.

If you are in a rush and rather than browsing several pages to select your items, use the ‘Express Buy’ tool to quickly select items from category lists and add them to your cart.

Personalized Shopping Lists save time and help you plan demanding and stressful events such as Ramadan, Eid or a special party. You have the ability to build and save more than one shopping list in your account, giving each a unique name.  Simply find your favorite item and click on: ‘Save To List.’ You can save your item to an existing list or create a new one.

To cancel or modify an order, simply send a message to our service center using our contact form or via WhatsApp or SMS with your cancellation / modification request. Please don’t forget to include your order number and the changes sought.

NOTE:  Your order cancellation or modification request must be received before 5 pm, our cut-off time to accept changes, otherwise your order will go into production and unfortunately cannot be cancelled or modified.

We accept the following payment methods: Bankcards and Cash or Bankcard on Delivery.

  • BANKCARDS: We are 100% secure to conduct online payment transactions. To pay using your bankcard at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (month and year) and the three-digit CVV number on the back of the card. After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s security page for entering the OTP issued by your bank which you will be receiving through SMS.

NOTE: Even though you have entered your bankcard information to pay for your order, we don’t actually process your payment until your entire order has been picked up and is ready for delivery. This is usually on the day of delivery.

  • CASH OR CARD ON DELIVERY: To pay with cash or bankcard at the time of the actual delivery, select COD at checkout. Our delivery person will take your cash payment or process your bankcard through a 100% secured, mobile processing terminal and will hand you a receipt of your payment afterwards.
